Varun Beverages Ltd (VBL), PepsiCo's largest franchise bottler, announced a 15.07% increase in its consolidated net profit for the June quarter of 2026, reaching Rs 1,525.35 crore. This impressive financial performance was underpinned by robust sales volume growth.
The company's consolidated sales volume in the June quarter of 2026 climbed by 19.8% compared to the previous year, totaling 466.7 million cases. This surge was significantly boosted by a 14.4% volume growth in India and a remarkable 38.4% expansion in international territories.
Revenue from operations saw a substantial rise of 20.76%, reaching Rs 8,650.57 crore in the June quarter of 2026. VBL's gross margins improved by 44 basis points to 55%, aided by a higher contribution from its international business.
Looking ahead, VBL remains optimistic about long-term growth, citing favorable demographics and increasing disposable incomes as key drivers. In a separate announcement, the board approved a second interim dividend of 50 paise per equity share for 2026.
