Effective January 1, 2026, Vandana Suri will assume the role of Executive Director for Home Care at Hindustan Unilever Limited, joining its Management Committee. Suri's extensive experience spans over 20 years in brand building and category leadership across South Asia and Indonesia, including previous roles at PepsiCo and Nielsen.
In her previous positions at HUL, Suri successfully managed premium laundry portfolios and contributed significantly to the Beauty & Wellbeing division as Vice President for Skin Care & Colour Cosmetics. Her leadership in Indonesia focused on driving business transformation and growth initiatives, demonstrating her capability in diverse markets.
This leadership transition sees Srinandan Sundaram move to a new global role as CEO of Unilever International. Sundaram has been instrumental in driving growth and market share for HUL's Home Care business during his tenure on the Management Committee. Priya Nair, CEO and Managing Director of HUL, expressed confidence in Suri's strategic vision and leadership.
