UGRO Capital Surges with 40% AUM Growth and Strong Profits

UGRO Capital Limited announced strong financial results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The company's Assets Under Management (AUM) experienced a significant 40% increase, reaching ₹15,454 crore. This growth was accompanied by a 23% rise in net profit after tax (PAT) for the third quarter of FY26, which stood at ₹46.3 crore.
The company achieved net disbursements of ₹2,217 crore in Q3 FY26, marking a 6% year-on-year increase. Asset quality remained stable, with gross and net non-performing assets at 2.2% and 1.4%, respectively. In December 2025, UGRO Capital successfully completed the acquisition of Profectus Capital, integrating it as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
UGRO Capital's innovative Embedded Finance platform, MSL, also saw substantial traction, reaching an AUM of ₹1,798 crore. The Emerging Market business now contributes approximately 21% to the consolidated AUM, supported by an extensive network of over 300 branches.
