TVS Unveils Rugged Apache RTX 300 Adventure Bike

In a move to expand its product lineup, TVS Motor Company launched the Apache RTX 300 adventure tourer in India on October 15, 2025. The new bike is positioned to compete with the likes of the KTM 250 Adventure, Yezdi Adventure, and Royal Enfield Scram.
The TVS Apache RTX 300 is powered by a newly developed 299cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder RT-XD4 engine that produces a peak power of 35.5 hp at 9,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 28.5 Nm at 7,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a bi-directional quick-shifter and an assist & slipper clutch for smooth transmission.
The adventure tourer features a steel trellis frame and an aluminum diecast swingarm, giving it a rugged and capable off-road persona. The bike's design includes a muscular fuel tank, large fenders, and a transparent windscreen, adding to its adventurous appeal. Safety features on the Apache RTX 300 include ABS modes, traction control, cruise control, and tire pressure monitoring system.
The motorcycle is available in a range of color options, including Viper Green, Tarn Bronze, Metallic Blue, Lightning Black, and Pearl White. It also comes equipped with a full-color TFT display that offers features like call and SMS alerts, map mirroring, and GoPro control.
