- The company secured 10 projects exceeding $1 billion each in early 2026.

Turner Construction experienced a remarkable surge in its first quarter of 2026, with revenues climbing 25% to $7.7 billion compared to the previous year. This impressive financial performance was primarily fueled by the escalating demand for data center construction.
The company's backlog expanded significantly, showing a 34% year-over-year increase to $48.9 billion. New orders were equally robust, totaling $12.1 billion during the quarter, a 48% rise from the same period in 2025. A key indicator of this growth is the securing of ten projects valued at over $1 billion each in the first quarter of 2026 alone.
While data centers were the main growth driver, commercial and healthcare projects also contributed to Turner's strong results. The firm is involved in major projects such as a $10 billion data center for Meta in Indiana and a $6 billion facility for CoreWeave in Pennsylvania. Turner Construction was also recently recognized as the largest contractor by revenue for the sixth consecutive year.
