Trident Digital Tech Holdings has officially partnered with Digital Innovations Group, Inc. through a definitive joint venture agreement, establishing IRMA Asia Pte. Ltd. This new entity is a 50/50 venture dedicated to deploying and commercializing the proprietary IRMA AI Engine across a vast territory.
The agreed-upon territory exclusively covers all countries, jurisdictions, and territories within Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. This expansive reach includes Trident's first commercial engagement in the Middle East, extending its presence beyond previous Asia-Pacific and African market disclosures.
IRMA Engine Asia will strategically launch its operations in five initial markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Middle East, and Africa. These regions collectively host an estimated 9.4 million small and medium-sized businesses, presenting a significant market opportunity within the global artificial intelligence sector.
The joint venture is structured to be the exclusive vehicle for this business within the defined territory for as long as the DIG license remains active and the venture meets its delivery milestones. This collaboration positions the venture for substantial growth in a market projected to reach US$3.64 trillion by 2033.
