Summary
- Integrated Care segment exceeded profitability expectations.
- BetterHelp's lower cash-pay revenue impacted full-year outlook.
- Teladoc One, a new connected-care model, launches soon.

Teladoc Health reported its second-quarter financial results, meeting consolidated guidance with strong profitability from its Integrated Care segment. Consolidated revenue reached $607 million, with adjusted EBITDA at $66 million, a 10.8% margin. The company also generated $36 million in free cash flow.
Integrated Care revenue saw a year-over-year increase of 0.7% to $394 million, with adjusted EBITDA up 13.6% to $65 million, exceeding guidance margins. This growth was attributed to international revenue gains and higher chronic-care enrollment, offsetting declines in subscription revenue. As of the end of the quarter, Teladoc served 100.3 million U.S. Integrated Care members.
The company recently unveiled Teladoc One, a new connected-care model combining clinical and technology capabilities. Initially targeting cardiometabolic conditions, it is slated for broad availability in January 2027, utilizing AI through the Pulse intelligence engine. For 2026, Teladoc anticipates Integrated Care revenue growth of 0.8% to 2.4% and an adjusted EBITDA margin between 15.6% and 16.4%.
