Tech Mahindra announced a substantial 31.6% year-on-year rise in net profit for the quarter ending June 2026, achieving ₹1,486 crore. The company's revenue climbed by 17.6% to ₹15,711 crore, bolstered by strong performance in its IT and Business Process Services (BPS) segments.
EBITDA saw a notable increase of 8.6% sequentially and 53.5% annually, reaching ₹2,264 crore. EBIT margins improved by 60 basis points sequentially to 14.4%. The company added three new clients in the $10 million category and four in the $50 million plus client bucket, with total contract value (TCV) wins standing at $1.1 billion, up 33.3% year-on-year.
Key sectors like manufacturing, BFSI, retail logistics, and healthcare demonstrated growth both sequentially and annually. The communications segment, however, saw a slight sequential decline. Geographically, Europe grew by 8.1% sequentially, while the Americas remained stable. The IT headcount was reported at 74,689 employees, with a last-twelve-month attrition rate of 11.8%.
