TDI Infratech will invest Rs 750 crore to develop a sprawling 150-acre integrated township in Ludhiana, Punjab. This significant real estate project aims to bring luxury group housing, residential plotted developments, and low-rise independent floors to the city. The developable area for this ambitious venture will span approximately 6 million square feet.
Managing Director Akshay Taneja highlighted Ludhiana as a market with strong economic fundamentals and consistent end-user demand. This acquisition represents TDI Infratech's commitment to developing a benchmark township, featuring premium housing, robust infrastructure, and lifestyle amenities. This project is particularly notable as it is the company's first township development since becoming debt-free in 2025.
This new Ludhiana township will be TDI Infratech's fourth in Punjab, adding to its existing developments in Chandigarh, Rajpura, and Mohali. The company has a proven track record, having already delivered over 500 acres in Mohali and 42 acres in Rajpura, with prime commercial areas now being launched as hotels and commercial centers.
