Tata Motors has marked its entry into deep-mining operations with the unveiling of its most powerful tipper, the Prima 3540.K AutoShift, at EXCON 2025. This robust 375 hp vehicle is engineered for demanding mining conditions, promising enhanced fuel efficiency and productivity.
The company is broadening its portfolio with sustainable solutions, including the Prima E.28K, India's first battery-electric tipper for zero-emission operations, and the Signa 2820.TK CNG, the first factory-fitted CNG tipper in its segment. These vehicles aim to reduce operational costs and support eco-friendly construction.
EXCON 2025 also featured other advanced vehicles like the 48-tonne Signa 4832.TK and the electric prime mover Prima E.55S. Tata Motors further showcased its comprehensive aggregates and components range, reinforcing its position as a key player in India's commercial vehicle market.
