Realty firm TARC Ltd anticipates a total revenue of Rs 4,500 crore from its ongoing ultra-luxury housing project in Delhi. The project, named 'TARC Kailasa' and located in Kirti Nagar, spans 6 acres and has already sold approximately 275 units. A fifth tower, featuring 110 units, is now available for sale, with apartments priced between Rs 11 crore and Rs 14 crore. This significant development requires an investment of around Rs 1,500 crore, exclusive of land acquisition costs. TARC Ltd has already invested Rs 250 crore in construction, which is being funded through internal accruals. The entire project is scheduled for completion by March 2030. Earlier this fiscal year, TARC Ltd achieved sales bookings of Rs 1,000 crore in the first nine months and is confident of reaching Rs 2,500 crore for the full financial year. The company possesses a substantial land bank in the Delhi-NCR region and plans to gradually launch new projects and acquire additional land parcels.
