Studds Accessories Ltd, one of India's top helmet and two-wheeler accessories manufacturers, has announced the price band for its upcoming Rs 455.49 crore initial public offering (IPO). The company will offer 78 lakh equity shares in the primary market, marking its entry into the public arena.
The IPO, which is a pure offer for sale (OFS) with no fresh issue of shares, will open for subscription on October 30, 2025, and conclude on November 3, 2025. The tentative listing date is set for November 7, 2025. Promoters Madhu Bhushan Khurana, Sidhartha Bhushan Khurana, and Chand Khurana will sell up to 38 lakh, 8 lakh, and 21 lakh shares, respectively. Other sellers include Sanjay Leekha, Charu Leekha, and Nisha Leekha.
Studds Accessories, incorporated in 1975 and established in 1983, is a leading manufacturer of two-wheeler helmets and motorcycle accessories based in Faridabad, Haryana. The company's revenue from operations stood at Rs 584 crore for the financial year 2025, up 10.3% from Rs 529 crore in the previous year. Its net profit for FY25 came in at Rs 70 crore, a 22% increase from Rs 57 crore in FY24.
