This limited-time offer aims to provide a consolation prize for customers unable to use their Spirit Airlines loyalty points. To claim a free large one-topping pizza, customers are required to message Papa John's on Instagram and prove their membership status. Shivram Vaideeswaran, SVP of Brand Marketing at Papa John's, stated that while they cannot fix flight cancellations, they hope to bring a smile with a pizza.
