12 Jan
Summary
- Signatureglobal won't meet FY26 pre-sales guidance due to a soft market.
- Pre-sales dropped 27% year-over-year in Q3 FY26.
- Average sales realisations increased 22% driven by premium sales and price hikes.

Signatureglobal (India) Ltd. has stated that it expects to fall short of its pre-sales guidance for the fiscal year 2026. The company attributes this projection to a softening market environment, which has impacted its performance. Pre-sales for the October-December quarter of FY26 were reported at ₹2,020 crore, a significant decrease of 27% compared to ₹2,770 crore in the same period last year.
For the first nine months of the fiscal year, pre-sales have also declined, standing at ₹6,680 crore, down 23% from ₹8,670 crore recorded in the corresponding period of FY25. Despite these challenges, Signatureglobal intends to sustain sales at last year's figures and confirmed that new launches remain on schedule. Collections for the quarter saw an increase to ₹1,230 crore from ₹1,080 crore in the prior year.
While net debt has risen slightly to ₹1,020 crore from ₹880 crore at the end of FY25, the company expressed confidence in its balance sheet's health and its ability to return to growth. Average sales realisations have shown a positive trend, increasing by 22% to ₹15,182 per square foot in the first nine months, driven by sales in premium segments and strategic price adjustments.
