Shriram Properties Limited (SPL) has acquired a significant 4-acre land parcel located on Sarjapur Main Road in South-East Bengaluru. This strategic purchase was made through an outright transaction.
The company intends to develop a premium high-rise residential project on this site. The proposed development is projected to yield approximately 5 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) between ₹550-600 crores.
The project, slated for launch in the latter half of 2026, boasts excellent connectivity to major areas including Sarjapur, Varthur, Whitefield, and the Outer Ring Road. Its proximity to international schools and the upcoming Dommasandra Metro Station enhances its appeal.
This acquisition is a key milestone in SPL's growth strategy, reinforcing its pipeline and momentum in Bengaluru. The move aligns with the company's focus on high-demand micro-markets with strong end-user fundamentals, such as the Sarjapur belt, which continues to see sustained residential demand.
