Seadrill has revised its financial outlook, now projecting full-year 2026 total operating revenues to be between $1.50 billion and $1.55 billion, an increase from previous estimates. The company also raised its adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of $420 million to $450 million.
In the second quarter, Seadrill reported a net income of $29 million, a marked improvement from a $7 million net loss in the first quarter. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $144 million, driven by increased operating days and higher average dayrates across its fleet, particularly for the West Jupiter and West Capella.
