Sanghvi Movers Ltd has reported a substantial 27.8% year-on-year growth in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, achieving ₹68.8 crore. This notable increase was compared to ₹53.8 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations for the quarter rose by 27.7% to ₹351.4 crore, up from ₹267.4 crore in the previous year. This growth was primarily fueled by sustained demand for the company's wind EPC and crane rental services.
Despite the profit and revenue gains, EBITDA margins experienced a slight contraction, narrowing to 36.4% from 40% year-on-year. The company's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share for FY26.
Earlier in the fiscal year, the company had reported a 12.4% year-on-year decline in net profit for Q3 FY26, though revenue had shown double-digit growth. The Q4 performance marks a strong recovery and conclusion to the fiscal year.
