Samhi Hotels Ltd has secured a long-term lease for a 162-room upscale hotel project in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The agreement, signed on April 15, 2026, was executed by Samhi's wholly owned subsidiary, SAMHI Skyline Private Ltd, with INGKA Centres India Private Ltd. INGKA Centres is a notable part of the Ingka Group, recognized for its operation of IKEA Retail.
The proposed hotel is slated for development within a mixed-use project situated at E-01, Sector-51, Noida. This comprehensive development will integrate commercial spaces, hospitality facilities, and office areas, with the hotel occupying an estimated 15,022 square metres of built-up area.
Under the terms of the agreement, the lessor will manage the initial development. SAMHI Skyline will take possession post-completion to finalize hotel fit-outs and branding, with the hotel to operate under an international brand yet to be determined. The rental structure involves a percentage of net revenue generated from hotel operations.
The transaction, which does not involve shareholding between the parties, is contingent upon obtaining necessary building sanctions before the lease deed is finalized. This strategic move by Samhi Hotels aims to expand its presence in a dynamic development zone.
