The output of localized industrial robots in Russia dramatically increased in 2025, reaching 414 units valued at 2.33 billion rubles. This marks a substantial growth compared to the 11 units produced in 2024, which were valued at 60 million rubles.
The number of industrial robot models available in Russia's registry also saw considerable expansion. By the end of 2025, 16 models from five different manufacturers were listed, a notable rise from the single model offered by one manufacturer in 2024.
This surge in domestic production is supported by government initiatives. State support allocated for robotics development was 2.4 billion rubles in 2025. Future budget allocations for the sector are planned to increase significantly, with projections of 9.6 billion rubles in 2026, 10.9 billion rubles in 2027, and 22.9 billion rubles in 2028, indicating a strong commitment to bolstering the industry.
