Signature Global has awarded a substantial construction contract, valued at approximately Rs 496 crore, to B.L. Kashyap & Sons Limited. This contract is for the development of the 'Tonino Lamborghini Residences,' a premium branded residential project situated in Gurugram.
The scope of work for B.L. Kashyap & Sons Limited includes constructing the main structure of four residential towers, each with three basements and 41 floors, and an additional tower with three basements, a ground floor, and 39 floors. The contract also encompasses civil and structural work up to the plaster level, partial MEP services, and the construction of commercial and ancillary buildings.
This expansive project, spanning 12.40 acres, will feature 812 premium residences across five towers. It represents the Tonino Lamborghini brand's inaugural entry into India's residential real estate sector, aiming to integrate Italian design heritage with a Total Living philosophy. Phase 1 of the project has already sold out, with Phase 2 recently launched.
The project is a key component of SG SPR Estate, an integrated development by Signature Global in Sector 71, Gurugram. This area is further anchored by a 25-acre Commercial Business District developed with RMZ Corporation, offering excellent connectivity to major expressways and the IGI Airport. The overall execution is slated to take approximately five to six years.
