The development is being undertaken in collaboration with Sigma Oxford Realtors. Specifically, it involves a joint redevelopment project in Siddharth Nagar, a prime micro-market within Mumbai's Western suburbs. This initiative is strategically significant for Arvind SmartSpaces.
This new project represents Arvind SmartSpaces' third residential development within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Furthermore, it is their second high-rise project within Mumbai city itself, underscoring their growing commitment and presence in the region.
