Shake Shack, the popular burger chain, follows closely, with home values near its restaurants 38% higher. The Cheesecake Factory secured third place, showing a 27% increase in nearby home values, partly due to its presence in upscale malls.
Asian-inspired P.F. Chang's ranked fourth with a 26% increase in associated home values. Tying for fifth place were Chipotle Mexican Grill and Panera Bread, both showing home values 17% higher in their vicinity.
