The Renault Duster is poised for its official launch in India tomorrow, marking the return of a favored mid-size SUV. This new generation model boasts a revamped design, a sophisticated, tech-laden cabin, and a diverse range of powertrain choices, including potent turbo-petrol and innovative hybrid variants. Pre-bookings are currently active, signaling strong customer interest ahead of its official price reveal.
The redesigned Duster features a distinctive front end with eyebrow-style LED daytime running lights and a revised grille. Inside, the cabin offers a premium feel with a dual-screen dashboard, ambient lighting, and practical amenities like Type-C ports and an electronic parking brake. It is equipped with a 10.1-inch touchscreen supporting wireless smartphone integration, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, ventilated front seats, and advanced safety features including six airbags and Level 2 ADAS.
Powertrain options include a 160 bhp E-Tech hybrid system, a 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine with manual or dual-clutch automatic transmissions, and an entry-level 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. While turbo-petrol variants are expected to be delivered soon after launch, the hybrid models are slated for release later this year, around the Diwali festive season.
