Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL) has finalized the acquisition of Southern Health Foods Private Limited (SHFPL) for ₹156.42 crore in an all-cash transaction, concluded on February 9, 2026. This strategic move establishes SHFPL, the company behind the Manna health foods brand, as a wholly owned subsidiary of RCPL.
SHFPL, founded in April 2012, is recognized for its range of millet-based staples, multigrain mixes, and baby food products, primarily serving Tamil Nadu and neighboring states. The brand's turnover reached ₹109.40 crore in the fiscal year 2025.
