3 Jul
Summary
- Sales bookings surged to Rs 700 crore in Q1 FY27.
- Customer fund collections increased by 47% annually.
- Company invested Rs 198 crore for project construction.
Raymond Realty has announced a substantial leap in its sales bookings, reaching Rs 700 crore during the first quarter of the current fiscal year. This marks a more than two-fold increase compared to the Rs 306 crore recorded in the same period last year. The company highlighted that this exceptional performance validates the robust demand for its premium residential offerings, even without new project launches in the quarter.
Supporting this sales growth, Raymond Realty’s collection of funds from customers climbed by 47% year-on-year, amounting to Rs 550 crore in the June quarter. Capital deployment during this period included Rs 198 crore in borrowings, primarily allocated to construction and working capital needs for projects initiated in FY26. As of June 30, 2026, total outstanding borrowings stood at Rs 1,097 crore, reflecting significant construction drawdowns for seven projects launched in FY26. The company ended the quarter with Rs 270 crore in liquidity, resulting in a net debt of Rs 827 crore.
