Ratnamani Metals Sees Margin Boost Despite Revenue Drop

Ratnamani Metals reported a challenging performance for the December quarter, marked by a year-on-year decrease in key financial metrics. Net profit dropped by 16.4%, settling at ₹109.8 crore compared to ₹131.3 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations also declined by 19.8% YoY, reaching ₹1,055.8 crore from ₹1,316 crore. This reduction reflects lower topline execution during the quarter.
Operationally, EBITDA saw a slight decrease of 4.5% YoY to ₹194.3 crore. However, the company achieved an improvement in operating margins, which rose to 18.4% from 15.4% in the prior year's quarter, indicating enhanced cost control measures.
