Radico Khaitan Ltd announced a substantial increase in its fourth-quarter financial performance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company's net profit nearly doubled, reaching ₹179.5 crore compared to ₹92 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue for the quarter rose by 15.3% year-on-year to ₹1,503.7 crore. Simultaneously, EBITDA saw a significant jump of 60.3%, reaching ₹284.5 crore. This expansion in profitability was attributed to a favourable product mix, reduced input costs, and operational efficiencies.
The company's board has recommended a final dividend of 450%, or ₹9 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval. This comes as Radico Khaitan achieved crucial financial milestones, surpassing ₹6,000 crore in net revenue and ₹1,000 crore in EBITDA for the fiscal year.
Management highlighted that sustained premiumisation across product categories, particularly growth exceeding 28% in the Prestige & Above portfolio, along with innovation and consumer engagement, fueled the strong year-end performance. The company reaffirmed its commitment to premium-led growth and a minimum 20% dividend payout policy.
