Of the total construction spend, an estimated ₹9,500-10,000 crore is designated for housing projects. The remaining ₹4,500-5,000 crore will be directed towards commercial developments, including office complexes and shopping malls. This focus on scaling up construction aims to ensure timely project execution.
For the 2025-26 fiscal, Prestige Estates reported a two-fold increase in net profit to ₹1,195.5 crore. Its total income rose to ₹13,195.5 crore. The company has a robust pipeline, with a launch pipeline of approximately ₹58,000 crore for the current fiscal.
