Prestige Group has secured exclusive naming rights for the Bellandur Metro station in Bengaluru, entering into a 30-year agreement with BMRCL for ₹115 crore. This public-private partnership will involve Prestige upgrading station infrastructure and enhancing connectivity, aligning with global standards and green building benchmarks.

The developer will invest ₹115 crore over the concession period, which includes interior upgrades and station enhancements. The station, co-branded as Prestige Bellandur Metro Station, is strategically located on the Outer Ring Road corridor, a vital business hub.

This deal is part of BMRCL's strategy to improve station facilities and revenue generation through private partnerships. The initiative aims to accelerate last-mile connectivity and improve the commuter experience for thousands of professionals working in the area.
