23 May
Summary
- Net profit soared 44.7% to ₹55 crore in Q4 FY26.
- Revenue from operations increased 30.4% to ₹1,743.5 crore.
- Company addressed supply chain disruptions from West Asia conflict.

Precision Wires India announced strong financial results for the fourth quarter of FY26, showcasing a substantial year-on-year increase in both profit and revenue. The company's net profit climbed by 44.7%, reaching ₹55 crore from ₹38 crore in the same period last year. This growth was complemented by a 30.4% rise in revenue from operations, which amounted to ₹1,743.5 crore, up from ₹1,337 crore previously.
These impressive earnings were achieved despite earlier warnings regarding supply chain disruptions. Intensifying conflicts in West Asia had previously impacted suppliers, leading to inflationary pressures and affecting export consignments. Precision Wires India proactively implemented measures such as rerouting shipments and securing alternative logistics to navigate these challenges, though these solutions might incur higher shipping costs and longer lead times in the short term.
In addition to the financial highlights, the board approved a final dividend of ₹0.55 per equity share. Krina Parekh's reappointment as Chief Financial Officer was also cleared. Furthermore, the company secured working capital facilities, including ₹190 crore from RBL Bank and ₹350 crore from Axis Bank as a fourth secured lender.
