NSE EMERGE-listed Pramara Promotions Limited announced a significant strategic licensing and manufacturing agreement with Sega Corporation of Japan on February 23, 2026. This collaboration aims to introduce globally recognized Sega products into the Indian retail market.
Pramara Promotions will commence this venture by launching four licensed products under the popular "Crayon Shinchan" edition. The agreement also allows for the potential expansion to include additional Sega-licensed products in India, contingent upon mutual understanding and market dynamics.
The products will be manufactured domestically in India. Original molds owned by Sega, currently located with a supplier in China, will be moved to India to support production. This move aligns with Pramara's commitment to bolstering its domestic manufacturing ecosystem.

Rohit Lamba, Chairman & Managing Director of Pramara Promotions Limited, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, highlighting its role in strengthening the company's licensed portfolio and manufacturing capabilities in India.
