Punjab National Bank (PNB) is bolstering its digital and start-up banking presence in Bengaluru, signaling a strong commitment to digital growth and engagement with nascent business environments. The bank intends to establish digital branches within prominent technology parks across the city.
These new branches will serve the evolving banking requirements of professionals, corporate clients, and digitally adept customers. PNB has also enhanced its MSME Digital Loans to improve credit access for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Further initiatives include a focus on digital government schemes such as PM SVAnidhi, PM Vishwakarma, and PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. The bank has also introduced the 'Luxura' credit card, a premium offering tailored for High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs).
PNB continues its commitment to women empowerment, with women comprising 30% of its workforce. The bank offers dedicated initiatives for female customers, including cancer insurance coverage and priority lending support for women entrepreneurs and Self-Help Groups.
