Existing investors Radical Ventures and growX Ventures, alongside new backers 360 ONE Asset and IMM Investment, also participated. This brings Pixxel's total funding to $195 million since its inception.
Founded after India opened its space sector to private entities, Pixxel initially focused on hyperspectral satellites. The company has since broadened its offerings to include its Earth intelligence software, Aurora, and satellite systems for commercial and sovereign missions. The new capital will enhance its Honeybee satellite constellation and optical imaging satellites, while advancing Aurora to integrate diverse datasets into decision-ready insights for governments and industries.
