PFC Profit Soars 14.6% on Strong Revenue Growth

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) has posted impressive financial results for the third quarter of FY26. The company's standalone net profit experienced a notable rise of 14.6%, reaching Rs 4,763.33 crore. This growth was supported by a 12.4% increase in total revenue from operations, which amounted to Rs 14,655.84 crore for the quarter ending December 2025.
Key operational metrics showed positive trends. Interest income climbed by 12.2% year-on-year, and disbursements increased by 15.4% to Rs 39,411 crore in Q3 FY26. Gross loan assets grew by 13.1% to Rs 5,69,627 crore as of December 31, 2025, reflecting the company's expanding lending activities in the infrastructure sector.
On a consolidated basis, PFC reported a 5.8% increase in net profit to Rs 8,211.90 crore, with revenue from operations rising 8.6% to Rs 29,094.81 crore in Q3 FY26 compared to the same period last year. As of December 31, 2025, the company maintained healthy asset quality with gross and net NPAs at 1.64% and 0.26% respectively.
