Pearl Global Industries Limited (PGIL) has reported its most successful financial year to date, achieving a record annual revenue of ₹5,025 crore for FY26. This represents an 11.5% year-on-year growth.
The company's full-year net profit rose by 17%, reaching ₹270 crore, while adjusted EBITDA increased by 14% to ₹468 crore. Margins also saw improvement, growing by 20 basis points to 9.3%.
During the fourth quarter of FY26, PGIL's consolidated revenue hit a new quarterly high of ₹1,314 crore, up 6.9% from the previous year. Quarterly profit after tax jumped by 24.6% to ₹81 crore, with EBITDA margin reaching a record 10.3% for the quarter.
Despite headwinds from US reciprocal tariff measures impacting its India operations, the company's overall performance was robust. Adjusted EBITDA margin for FY26 would have been 10.3% if not for a ₹36 crore tariff impact and incremental losses from specific facilities.
PGIL's manufacturing capacity expanded to over 100 million pieces per annum, with 78.1 million pieces shipped in FY26. The company operates 25 manufacturing units across India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Guatemala.
Financially, the company's net worth increased to ₹1,438 crore, and cash reserves improved to ₹634 crore. A total dividend of ₹14.5 per share was declared for FY26, reflecting approximately 25% of group PAT.
Looking to the future, PGIL has announced plans for capital expenditure of ₹200-250 crore in FY27 to facilitate further capacity expansion.
