PAN HR Solutions Limited reported strong financial performance for the second half of fiscal year 2026 (H2 FY26) and the full fiscal year 2026 (FY26). In H2 FY26, total income grew by 28.04% to ₹12,656.59 lakhs, while net profit saw a remarkable surge of 157.58%, reaching ₹432.20 lakhs. This significant profitability improvement was attributed to operational restructuring, employee cost rationalization, and enhanced productivity.
For the full FY26, PAN HR Solutions achieved a total income of ₹23,525.76 lakhs and a net profit of ₹750.29 lakhs. The company successfully maintained a workforce deployment base exceeding 10,000 personnel across various sectors including e-commerce, logistics, and manufacturing. A key highlight of FY26 was the successful completion of its BSE SME IPO, which raised ₹1,404 Lakhs and strengthened its balance sheet, resulting in a debt-free status.
Looking ahead to FY27, management anticipates growth fueled by the deployment of IPO proceeds for working capital, expansion of the 'Pay & Collect' model, and increasing demand in sectors like quick commerce and e-commerce. The company also plans to expand higher-margin services and enter new geographies and industry verticals.
