Ozon App Vanishes from Google Play Store

Ozon, a prominent Russian e-commerce platform often likened to Amazon, has experienced the removal of its applications from the Google Play Store. A recent check by a TASS correspondent revealed that searches for Ozon's apps on Google Play now return no results, although the apps are still accessible on the Apple App Store.

The press service for Ozon confirmed the unavailability of its Ozon, Ozon fresh, and Ozon travel applications on Google Play. The company explicitly stated that it has not breached any of Google Play's established policies. Furthermore, Ozon emphasized that neither the marketplace itself nor its associated services, including Ozon fresh, Ozon travel, and Ozon select, have been impacted by any sanctions.

For users with Android devices, alternative avenues for downloading the Ozon applications remain available. Customers can still access the apps through other distribution platforms such as RuStore, AppGallery, and Galaxy Store, ensuring continued service availability for Android users.
