This collaboration establishes an integrated alliance poised to deliver comprehensive energy infrastructure solutions, encompassing both Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Design, Build, and Operate (DBO) services. The alliance's operational scope is extensive, targeting a wide array of projects including surface facilities, early production facilities for rapid upstream deployment, and advanced rigid thermoplastic and subsea pipeline systems. It will also engage in offshore cable and pipeline laying, alongside the fabrication of modular process skids and packages. This comprehensive approach is backed by Arab Tanker Services' substantial infrastructure in Abu Dhabi, including a fleet of 24 offshore vessels and a dedicated fabrication yard.
