The Triboro Industrial Park encompasses over 4.5 million square feet of space across four large buildings, situated on a substantial tract of land. Marketing materials highlight buildings ranging from approximately 1.067 million to 1.184 million square feet. Access to the park is planned via Marshwood Road, conveniently located near Exit 1 of the Casey Highway.
Originally planned with significant tax incentives, the park was approved for a 10-year LERTA status, providing phased property tax payments on improvements. While initial plans coincided with a boom in warehousing due to e-commerce, current demand in the area is shifting towards data centers, reflecting evolving industrial real estate trends.
