Officebanao, a Delhi-NCR-based commercial interiors platform, has successfully raised nearly $4 million (approximately Rs 35 crore) as part of a larger $7.7 million funding round. This significant investment, which values the company at $70 million post-money, was led by existing investor Lightspeed, with contributions from Mangum II and Medra Family. The funding was completed in two tranches, with the latest $3.85 million infusion finalized in January-February 2026, following an earlier $3.85 million tranche in May-June of the previous year.
The company is strategically utilizing these funds to expand its business operations. Officebanao focuses on the interior design and fit-out of commercial spaces, including offices and retail environments. Demonstrating robust financial growth, the company reported a substantial revenue increase from Rs 22 crore in FY23 to Rs 138 crore in FY25. Looking ahead, Officebanao is targeting Rs 225 crore in revenue for the 2025-26 fiscal year, underscoring its ambitious growth trajectory.
In parallel with the funding, founder and CEO Tushar Mittal has acquired equity stakes from co-founders Akshya Kumar and Divyanshu Sharma, who are departing to pursue independent ventures. Mittal articulated the company's vision to establish an "operating system for commercial interiors in India," emphasizing data-driven transparency and efficiency in every aspect of design and procurement.
