Telecom Giants Face Customer Ire: Who's Topping Complaint Charts?

The latest figures from Ofcom reveal which broadband, mobile, and TV providers garnered the most customer complaints. EE, TalkTalk, and Vodafone were identified as having the highest number of disgruntled broadband users, each with 10 complaints per 100,000 customers. Conversely, Plusnet and Sky received the fewest broadband complaints.
In the mobile sector, O2, Sky Mobile, and Three led in complaint numbers. Customers of O2 and Sky Mobile frequently cited issues with complaint handling, whereas Three's customers mainly reported faults, service problems, and connection difficulties. EE, Tesco Mobile, Vodafone, and iD Mobile generated the fewest pay-monthly mobile complaints.
TalkTalk was also the most complained-about landline provider, with complaints increasing quarter-on-quarter. Utility Warehouse had the fewest landline complaints. For pay-TV services, EE received the most complaints, with Sky and TalkTalk receiving the fewest. This data covers the period from July to September of last year.
