The Ministry of Railways has approved a new weekly train service connecting Charlapalli in Hyderabad with Agartala in Tripura. This enhanced connectivity aims to improve travel convenience for passengers. The service, which begins on July 27, will operate with train numbers 17031 from Charlapalli to Agartala every Monday and 17032 from Agartala to Charlapalli every Friday, starting July 31.
This train will make 37 stops across five states, including Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal, Assam, and Tripura. Key intermediate stations include Vijayawada, Bhubaneswar, Kharagpur, Malda Town, Guwahati, and Badarpur Junction. Additionally, a separate weekly train between Tamil Nadu and Hyderabad is now a regular service, running between Charlapalli and Tiruchi Junction.
