NCL Industries Ltd. experienced a substantial profit increase in the third quarter, reporting a net profit of ₹13.2 crore. This marks a significant improvement from the ₹3 crore profit recorded during the same period last year. The company's revenue saw a marginal increase of 0.5%, reaching ₹343 crore.
Key to this financial growth was an impressive 88.2% surge in EBITDA, which climbed to ₹36 crore from ₹19 crore a year ago. Further strengthening its operational capabilities, NCL Industries commissioned a new 0.66 MTPA cement grinding facility in Thallapalem, near Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This expansion raises the company's total cement production capacity from 3.30 MTPA to 4.00 MTPA.
The Cement Division remained the primary revenue generator, with ₹374.48 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. While the Boards Division saw a decrease in revenue, the Energy Division reported a slight increase. The company stated that no additional provisions are currently required for new labor codes, pending notification of relevant state rules.
