Navy Federal Opens New Branch in Mayfield Heights, Donates $5,000 to Local Charity

In a move to better serve its growing member base in the Cleveland area, Navy Federal Credit Union is set to open a new branch in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, on November 3rd, 2025. The new location will offer personalized financial guidance and the credit union's signature commitment to exceptional member care.

The Mayfield Heights branch will feature an express service area, on-site member service representatives, and two 24-hour walk-up ATMs, providing greater access to in-person financial services for the over 75,000 Navy Federal members in the region. Members will have direct support for checking and savings accounts, loans, mortgages, and investment services, all designed to help them achieve their financial goals.

As part of its community outreach efforts, Navy Federal will be donating $5,000 to the Greater Cleveland Fisher House, a non-profit organization that provides a "home away from home" for families of veteran and active-duty patients receiving care at major military and VA medical centers. This contribution will help support the organization's mission of ensuring that families can be close to their loved ones during a medical crisis.
