Navin Fluorine International Ltd. announced exceptional financial results for the quarter ending December 2025. Net profit experienced a dramatic surge of 122%, reaching ₹185.4 crore compared to ₹83.6 crore in the previous year. This impressive growth was underpinned by a substantial 47.2% rise in revenue, which totaled ₹892.3 crore, indicating robust performance across all business divisions.
Operating efficiency saw a significant uplift, with earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) more than doubling to ₹307.4 crore. Correspondingly, the EBITDA margin expanded considerably to 34.4% from 24.3% a year prior, reflecting enhanced operational leverage and a favorable product mix.
During the quarter, Navin Fluorine recognized an estimated incremental liability of ₹18.84 crore for employee benefits as an exceptional item. The company also distributed an interim dividend of ₹6.50 per share for FY26, amounting to approximately ₹33.31 crore.
