Nava Limited announced robust financial performance for the quarter ending December 31, 2025, marking Q3 FY26 with substantial growth. Consolidated total income reached ₹1,061.5 crore, a 20.9% increase year-on-year, while net profit surged by 83.5% quarter-on-quarter to ₹325.7 crore.
The Energy division played a key role in this success, with Maamba Energy Limited (MEL) realizing US$ 20 million in arrears and continuing dividend distributions. Project updates reveal progress in a 100 MW solar power project in Zambia, expected to commission in H1 FY27, and a slight delay in MEL's 300 MW expansion to H2 FY27.
Beyond energy, Nava's agricultural ventures are taking root. The Nava Avocado plantation achieved its first harvest, well-received in the market, with 50% of the plantation now complete. The Kawambwa Sugar project is on track for commissioning by April 2028.
