This latest investment follows an initial $8 million infusion into eGenesis in 2024. Upon completion of the current transaction, Natco's total financial commitment to eGenesis will amount to $24.70 million, supporting cutting-edge therapeutic initiatives.
The primary objective of this expanded investment is to back innovative, new-age therapeutic programs designed to tackle significant unmet medical needs within the biotechnology sector. The completion of this transaction is anticipated by October 31.
