While the industry shows robust growth, the rise of artificial intelligence poses the most significant challenge to creators' rights and the existing economic model. Background music and concert revenues constituted the second-largest share at 25.8%, while other sectors like television, radio, CDs, and sync licensing saw declines. Western Europe led continental revenue generation with 45.2%, followed by North America at 31.6%. The United States, France, the U.K., Germany, and Japan were the top five revenue-generating countries.
