The newly established Category II AIF, with an ambitious target corpus of ₹1,250 crore, is set to strategically deploy its funds into housing projects. These projects will primarily focus on redevelopment opportunities within the bustling real estate markets of Mumbai and Pune.
The fund, established in November, has garnered substantial commitments. Investors include a mix of domestic and offshore family offices, alongside ultra-high-net-worth individuals, highlighting strong confidence in the redevelopment sector.
