Shah's post explained that after an initial interview, he decided to take the candidate, a "bright and confident woman," to the company's Noida plant to help her understand on-ground operations. They spent an entire day visiting the plant, tasting products, and discussing the team and operations. The next morning, they spent half a day further discussing the company's processes before returning to Mumbai around 2 AM.

However, Shah was left disappointed when the candidate stopped responding. "Two days of silence. No message, no call," he wrote. When he finally texted her, she said she was just exhausted. Shah emphasized that while being tired is understandable, "silence is a choice" and urged both job seekers and recruiters to maintain mutual respect.
